Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange on products in new/ unused condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in new condition and in the original box. Items returned in poor condition or missing parts will not be credited.

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a IDFR.COM error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the case an error is made by IDFR.COM, a return shipping label will be provided.

  • What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9AM-7PM EST.

  • What should you do when you receive a wrong or defect item?

If the product you received is not what you purchased or it does not function as intended due to manufacturer's defect or any other reason, we will promptly resolve the issue. We typically ask that you can provide a photo to show us the problem in order to forward the issue appropriately. For returns, we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed. Please call us at 718-360-5369 during office hours in order to resolve the issue.

  • What should you do when you receive a damage item?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit or a manufacturer defect. Please inspect all items at the time of arrival. Customers MUST contact us within 30 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 30 days. Please call us at 718-360-5369 during office hours in order to resolve the issue.

  • Who pays for return shipping costs?

If the return is due to manufacturer defect or IDFR.COM error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
